Tapi ternyata... menulis, meskipun belepotan dan nggak Instagramable, bisa nyelametin akal sehat juga.

  • Tulis tangan atau digital? Bebas. Yang penting nggak nyiksa.
  • Mulai dari satu kalimat. Serius. Satu aja.
  • Nggak perlu tiap hari. Tapi coba konsisten meskipun bolong.
  • Tema bebas. Dari kerjaan, kucing tetangga, sampai kopi kepahitan.
  • Jangan baca ulang kalau lo belum siap ketawa atau malu sendiri.

  • Don’t reread unless you’re ready to laugh or cringe.
