Pernah nggak sih, lo sadar tiba-tiba udah dua jam ngeliatin video orang bersihin karpet? Atau nge-scroll akun aesthetic sambil ngerasa hidup lo kayak draft yang belum di-save? Gue sih sering. Dan anehnya, itu terjadi di hari-hari yang harusnya “produktif”.
Jadi gue mulai mikir: mungkin selama ini kita terlalu fokus nyari cara buat jadi “versi terbaik” dari diri sendiri — sampe lupa, ada kebiasaan-kebiasaan kecil yang diam-diam justru bikin hidup kita ngelipet kayak baju buru-buru. Dan yang paling serem: kadang kita ngelakuinnya dengan sadar. Kayak semacam niat nyeleneh buat sabotase hidup sendiri.
Yuk kita bongkar. Bukan biar makin panik, tapi biar bisa ketawa bareng sambil nyadar: oh, ternyata gue selama ini rajin banget… merusak diri sendiri.

2. Buka HP dulu sebelum sikat gigi
Niatnya liat jam, tau-tau udah nonton reels orang masak mi instan selama 40 menit. Gak heran kalau pagi-pagi rasanya udah capek — karena semangat lo udah dikuras sama konten yang nggak minta izin buat nongol di otak.
3. Nyoba semua aplikasi to-do list tapi tetep lupa ngapain hari ini
Gue pernah install lima aplikasi produktivitas. Hasilnya? Gue malah sibuk nyusun kategori warna, bukan ngerjain skripsi. Gue bikin to-do list, tapi malah jadi 'to-ignore' list.
4. Meeting dari pagi sampe magrib, kerjaannya kapan?
Kerja remote kadang jadi jebakan. Lo bisa kelihatan sibuk di Zoom, tapi kerjaan asli malah numpuk kayak cucian. Fokus itu kayak sinyal WiFi: kadang kuat, kadang ngilang pas dibutuhin.
5. Ngecek email 15 kali sehari. Padahal gak ada yang nyariin juga.
Kita butuh jujur: sebagian besar notifikasi cuma ilusi penting. Dan kadang… lo nge-refresh inbox cuma biar ngerasa berguna. Sadis ya, tapi ya gitu.

Istirahat itu bukan dosa. Dan gak harus selalu nunggu burnout buat bilang: “gue butuh rebahan”.
