Capek Tapi Nggak Ngerasa Produktif?
Lah gue bangun jam 7 aja masih ngelamun sampe jam 9. Apakah gue gagal sebagai manusia? Atau emang template-nya yang dibuat buat alien?
Kadang pengen nanya: “bisa nggak sih istirahat dulu jadi manusia?” Kayak, izin off dari kehidupan selama seminggu tanpa ada notifikasi, tanpa ditanya “kapan kirim file-nya?”, tanpa mimpi buruk soal invoice yang belum dibayar. Rebahan bukan dosa.
2. Jadwalkan Waktu Rebahan Resmi. Jangan cuma jadwalkan meeting. Jadwalkan juga rebahan. Tulis di kalender: “14.30–15.00 = rebahan penuh keyakinan”. Anggap itu bentuk profesionalisme terhadap tubuh sendiri.
3. Matikan Notifikasi Motivasi Palsu. Quotes motivasi kayak “work hard in silence, let success make the noise” tuh capek dibaca.

Tired but Unproductive? Maybe You Just Need to Lie Down with Conviction
Sometimes I wonder — is this life or just an elaborate prank? You wake up already feeling like you were hit by an invisible truck. Open your phone, and boom — a to-do list longer than your attention span. But at night, when your body feels like mashed potatoes, you think: “What did I even do today?” And the absurd part? Even lying down for 30 minutes feels like a crime unless you slap on the excuse: “I'm recharging for later.” Later when? Next decade?
I don’t know who started this whole “always be productive” virus, but we’ve all caught it. Hustle culture feels like a psychological MLM — the more people join, the guiltier you feel if you don’t. But real talk? Productivity is often just a filtered illusion with nice fonts.
Things go off the rails when you compare yourself to those aesthetic daily planners on Instagram. Wake up at 5AM, do yoga, journal, work, learn a new skill, network, and somehow visit Jupiter for coffee. Meanwhile, I wake up at 7 and stare into space until 9. Am I a failure? Or are those planners just designed for extraterrestrials?
Sometimes I want to ask: “Can I take a break from being human?” Like, officially check out from life for a week. No notifications. No “Where’s the file?” texts. No nightmares about unpaid invoices. Resting is not a crime. But the system treats it like you’re skipping jury duty.
The worst part? The guilt hits hardest when you’re already drained. Your body’s flat on the bed, but your mind whispers, “You haven’t achieved anything today.” Dude, even phones need charging. Why can’t I?
So What Now? 5 Absurd-Realistic Tips for When You're Tired but Feel Useless:
1. Stop Measuring Life by Checklists. Checklists are tools, not torture devices. If you only completed one out of ten tasks today, that's okay. Maybe the other nine are either unrealistic or just not that urgent.
2. Schedule Official Lying-Down Time. Don’t just schedule meetings. Schedule doing nothing. Put it on your calendar: “2:30–3:00 PM = guilt-free flop”. Treat it as seriously as your deadlines.
3. Mute All Fake Motivation Notifications. Quotes like “work hard in silence, let success make the noise” are exhausting. Replace them with: “Not every day needs a highlight reel. Sometimes surviving is the win.”
4. Master the Art of Declining Zooms. Not every call is sacred. Sometimes it's okay to stare at the ceiling instead of a screen. You're not a life hotline — you're a human who deserves to zone out.
5. Normalize Having a “Not Today” Day. Not every day is productive. Not all hard work shows immediate results. And not every type of exhaustion needs to be explained to others. Sometimes it just needs a nap.
I don’t have the answers, but I can sit with you while we wonder. Maybe we’ve all been too harsh on ourselves because the world expects too much too fast. So if tonight you feel tired but “unaccomplished” — maybe what you need isn’t another checklist. Maybe you just need a break. Because you’re human. And that’s enough.
