Beberapa bulan lalu gue iseng nanya ke temen, "Lo udah nyobain Claude yang baru belum?" Dia jawab, "Belum. Gue baru aja berdamai sama ChatGPT. Jangan ganggu dulu." Dan gue ngerti banget. Kayak baru aja kita semua belajar ngobrol sama AI, sekarang muncul lagi anak-anak barunya: ada Claude-Astra, ada ChatGPT yang pake plugin, belum lagi Google Astra yang katanya bisa jadi project manager pribadi.

Di satu sisi, keren sih. Kita bisa minta mereka bantuin ngerjain presentasi, analisis data, bahkan nulis artikel kayak gini (eh tapi yang ini masih hasil mikir manusia ya, sumpah). Tapi di sisi lain, mereka juga bikin kita mikir, "Gue punya waktu luang lebih banyak, tapi kenapa capeknya nambah?"

Ngomongin AI yang Kerja Kayak Asisten Super

Agentic AI itu istilah buat AI yang bisa ngelakuin tugas-tugas dari awal sampai akhir, kayak lo kasih misi: “Tolong cari tren produk skincare lokal, bikinin riset pasar, terus rangkumin buat presentasi.” Dan mereka bisa—dalam waktu yang lebih cepat daripada lo nyari alasan buat nunda kerjaan.

Masalahnya, ketika kerjaan selesai cepat, ekspektasi juga naik. Kalau dulu kita disuruh bikin laporan seminggu, sekarang bisa jadi diminta dua hari. Kenapa? “Kan AI lo bisa bantu.” Hmmm... iya sih, tapi otakku tetap butuh istirahat, bro.

Kalau Hidup Kayak Proyek, Kapan Istirahatnya?

Ini bukan cuma soal teknologi, tapi soal cara kita mikir tentang waktu dan produktivitas. Dulu kita sibuk karena kerjaannya banyak. Sekarang kita sibuk karena ngerasa harus terus produktif biar gak “ketinggalan AI”.

Kadang gue ngerasa kayak lagi main game, tapi sistemnya update terus tiap hari. Hari ini lo belajar pakai ChatGPT Plugin, besok Claude udah bisa analisis video. Besok lusa Google Astra ngajak ngobrol sambil nyuruh lo balas email.

  • Kasih batas waktu interaksi sama tools. Serius, set timer.
  • Ingat: teknologi itu bantu, bukan nyetir hidup lo.

Yaudah, Santai Aja. Tapi Tetap Melek.

AI Agent itu bisa jadi kawan, bisa juga jadi tekanan. Tergantung gimana kita ngeliatnya. Boleh kok kagum sama teknologi, tapi jangan sampe lo lupa nanya ke diri sendiri: “Sebenernya gue butuh ini nggak sih?”

Just when we’re getting used to talking to AI, here come the younger siblings: Claude-Astra, ChatGPT with plugins, and Google Astra acting like your personal project manager.

On one hand, it’s cool. We can ask them to help with presentations, data analysis, even writing articles like this one (though yes, this was still human-written, promise). But on the other hand, you start wondering: “I got more free time, but why do I feel more drained?”

Let’s Talk About These AI “Super Assistants”

Agentic AI refers to those bots that can take a task and see it through from start to finish—like, “Find local skincare trends, analyze the market, and summarize it into a slide deck.” And they can do it—faster than you can come up with an excuse to procrastinate.

The catch? When tasks finish faster, expectations rise. What used to take a week is now a two-day job. Why? “Your AI can help, right?” Well, yes... but my brain still needs sleep, man.

If Life Feels Like a Project Plan, When Do We Rest?

It’s not just about the tools. It’s about how we think of time and productivity. We used to be busy because of too much work. Now, we feel busy because we think we should always be productive—so we don't fall behind in the AI race.

Sometimes I feel like I’m in a game, but the rules change daily. Today I learn ChatGPT Plugins, tomorrow Claude analyzes videos. The next day, Google Astra chats with me while asking me to reply to emails.
